Engine
Engine oil and filter replacement on any vehicle is performed at a defined interval that depends on the manufacturer, the type of oil used and how the vehicle is driven. On some vehicles oil replacement happens every 5,000 km the vehicle has driven, on others not until 40,000 km.
The air, fuel and cabin filters also have a defined service life. The air filter (engine intake filter) ensures the best possible airflow into the engine and prevents anything other than air (fine sand, insects, etc.) from entering it.
Replacement of the timing belt, idler, tensioner and water-pump bearing/shaft depends on the location of the pump, just as does the replacement of the chain, sprocket, chain tensioner and slider. Both systems share the same role: keeping the relationship between the camshaft(s) and the crankshaft precise (relative to the oil pump, high-pressure pump, balance shafts, etc.).
Comprehensive mechanic services — small and major service, brakes, suspension, cooling, and engine overhaul for all car makes.
Exhaust service and fabrication — welding, muffler replacement, catalyst and DPF cleaning for all passenger and commercial vehicles.
Brake systems
Replacing brake fluid or full brake-system service is critically important for any vehicle. Brake fluid creates pressure on the brakes and allows the vehicle to stop. It absorbs moisture from the atmosphere (it is hygroscopic), which weakens its quality. Brake fluid is also exposed to very high temperatures during braking.
Transmission
Servicing an automatic gearbox and replacing its oil and oil filter includes inspecting the condition of the old oil and checking for any unwanted material in it. All of this gives a clear picture of the gearbox condition. For most vehicles the recommended automatic transmission oil change is at 50,000 km. Regular automatic gearbox servicing ensures a long service life.
A differential is found on every car. Sometimes it is at the rear, sometimes at the front. Some vehicles even have differentials at both ends. If the vehicle has a front differential combined with the gearbox, the rear differential will use a different type of oil.
A solid flywheel is rarely replaced, only when its plate warps due to overheating. Some flywheels contain a small ball or needle bearing (pilot bearing) that is also replaced together with the clutch kit. It is located either in the flywheel or on the crankshaft. The bearing keeps the clutch shaft aligned — if it is not replaced, it disintegrates and damages the new clutch kit.
Service of manual, automatic, DSG and CVT transmissions — machine oil change, mechatronics diagnostics, repair, and overhaul.
Suspension
Tire service consists of dismounting (removing the tires from the wheel), mounting and balancing the new tires. Inspecting the condition of the tires that were on the vehicle is very important — it reveals any other issues that would lead to rapid wear of the new tire. Correct tire pressure is essential, and every manufacturer specifies its own pressures for each tire size.
Servicing suspension components (ball joints, control arms, A-arms, anti-roll bars, silent blocks, shock absorbers, springs, etc.) is critical to vehicle handling and driving safety. The most problematic components in any vehicle suspension are control arms, silent blocks, ball joints, rack ends, tie rod ends, anti-roll bars, boots, shock absorbers, shock-absorber mounts, springs, wheel bearings, etc.
Professional tire shop — mounting, dismounting, and balancing of tires, damage repair, and seasonal tire storage.
Computerized 3D wheel alignment — precise wheel geometry adjustment for stable driving and even tire wear.
Air conditioning
Basic A/C service (auto climate) includes refrigerant replacement, adding compressor oil and UV dye, and vacuuming the system. This service is recommended every 2 years. Climate systems in vehicles are becoming more demanding to service from generation to generation, so it is very important that our specialists are fully familiar with all existing climate systems.
Professional car AC service — gas and oil refilling, vacuuming, disinfection, and cabin filter replacement for fresh and healthy driving.
Diagnostics
Precise computer diagnostics of vehicles — fault code reading, in-depth analysis of all electronic modules, and a sure path to the root cause.
Professional auto electrician — service of alternators, starters, batteries and complete electrical wiring of your vehicle.
Specialized auto electronics service — ECU, ABS, Airbag modules, key programming, and electronic board repairs.
